Merko begin construction on Riga resi project

SIA Merks, part of the AS Merko Ehitus group, has begun construction on its Viesturdārzs residential project in central Riga. The development, which will be located at Rūpniecības street 25, will consist of three residential buildings. In total, around 350 apartments will be built on the site, ranging in size between 36 sqm and 140 sqm. As well as regular 1,2,3 and 4 room apartments, two-storey apartments will also be available. Outside the building, there will be a play area for children and landscaped gardens. Prices in the complex will range between €2400 and €3200 per sqm. The first building, which will contain 95 apartments, will be completed in early 2020.
