Mercury’s centers sold to LCN Capital Partners

The US fund LCN Capital Partnershas acquired the Slovenian Mercury shopping centers. The centers are located in Slovenia's larger cities such as Ljubljana, Maribor, Celje, Koper, Velenje. The exact purchase price is currently unknown but media reports assume a value in the hundreds of millions of euro. The buyer manages $2 billion in assets and is active on European market. The deal marks one of the largest real estate deals in Slovenia so far in 2019.
