Supernova bought 10 shopping centers in Slovenia from Mercator Group for €116.6m. Mercator will continue to operate its supermarkets at the properties. CBRE advised Mercator in the sale-and-leaseback transaction. In the coming months, Mercator is planning to offload 17 shopping centers in Bosnia and Croatia. The company sold its shopping center in Belgrade in 2017. The sales are part of Mercator’s effort to reduce debt and contribute to the group’s long-term development strategy
