Melanie Domres joins Bentall Kennedy as senior VP of asset management

Melanie Domres has joined Bentall Kennedy as the firm's senior vice president of asset management at its Washington, D.C., office. In her new role, Domres will oversee a portfolio totaling more than 10,000 multifamily units. Prior to joining Bentall Kennedy, she was a founding principal of Cafritz Interests LLC’s Multifamily Development division, where she handled transaction sourcing, financing and entitlements, as well as led day-to-day development. Domres also served as vice president at ARK Realty Capital, senior asset manager at Archon Group and a director at Kettler.
