M7 Real Estate has acquired from Azora Europa two Warsaw office buildings, Cristal Park and Mokotów Plaza on behalf of M7 Polish Active Fund. Savills advised the buyer during the transaction process. Cristal Park is a three storey, 10,000 sqm office building on Jerozolimskie Avenue developed by Yareal in 2009. The property was acquired by Azora Europa in 2010. Today, it's fully-let to Gaz-System and Barentz. Mokotów Plaza is located at Postępu Street in Warsaw and offers 15,400 sqm of office space. The property was developed 10 years ago by Celtic Property Developments, which sold it to Azora Europa in early 2011. Tenants include Securitas, KCR and BTS Studios.
