M&A Capital to sign BNP Paribas Real Estate

M&A Capital SARL has appointed BNP Paribas Real Estate leasing agent of the Karolkowa Business Park and Crown Square office developments in Warsaw. Karolkowa Business Park is located at the junction of Grzybowska and Karolkowa streets in the city’s Wola district and offers 18,000 sqm of class A space, including 2,500 sqm of retail area. Crown Square is a 13-story building offering 16,000 sqm of class A+ leasable space. Construction of the project was completed in Q1 2010. Tenants include Oracle, Nike, GATX, Microstrategy and Signal Iduna. The investment was awarded a post construction BREEAM Very Good certificate.
