A luxury residential complex opened in Mlinovi, a suburb of Zagreb. Located just 3 km from the capital’s city center, Bel Village features 14 luxury villas. Amenities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a sauna, rooftop terraces, relaxation rooms and fitness. Each villa within the complex costs more than €1m. Chapman Taylor designed the scheme. The investor is Sven-Uwe Ernst, which developed the Bel Etage luxury apartment project in Split, along the Croatian coast.
