Limak broke ground on a mixed-use complex in Skopje. This is the Turkish company’s first project in the Macedonian capital. Construction is expected to take 40 months, with costs estimated at €250m. The scheme will include a shopping center, hotel, business and housing facilities as well as parking for 2,800 vehicles. The plans also call for transferring the existing 800-meter boulevard underground. The road work should be completed in 22 months. Limak operates in 15 countries and has more than 70,000 employees.
