Leche Pascual Group leases 11,000 sqm of warehouse in Madrid

Leche Pascual Group leased 11,220 sqm of space at the Casablanca logistics platform in Torrejón de Ardoz, near Madrid. The deal includes 669 sqm of offices, which have been adapted to suit the operator’s requirements, as well as 149 parking spaces. The Casablanca logistics platform, developed on a 84,968 sqm plot, offers 47,500 sqm of leasable space. The property is owned by Rockspring, which is in negotiations to lease an additional 20,000 sqm, bringing the occupancy rate to more than 60 percent.
