Leburic Komerc broke ground on a new shopping center in Prnjavor, northern Bosnia. Fortuna City is going up at an exit off the Prnjavor-Banja Luka highway. Completion is planned for October, with costs estimated at around €5m. The shopping center will offer a market, bakery, restaurant, pharmacy, bank and small shops. A gas station and carwash will be located next to the center. The project will also offer secured underground and surface parking. Leburic Komerc was founded in the early 1990s as a family company and today is one of the leading food distributors in Bosnia.
