The Capfield family office has made its first purchase in Spain by acquiring the La Vega shopping center. The French investment fund Heracles Investissement was the vendor of the shopping center, which is located in Madrid. The consulting firm Knight Frank advised Heracles in the sale of the shopping center during the pandemic crisis. Capfield is a British family office which currently has a portfolio of six shopping centers in Estonia. It's believed the La Vega mall will require around €12 million for reconstruction.
