Kolektor building new plant in Bosnia

Kolektor broke ground on a new production plant in Prijedor, western Bosnia. Investment costs are expected to total €1.5m, with the City of Prijedor covering about €600,000 for the initial construction work. In the first phase, Kolektor will employ about 120 new people and will later add up to 500 additional employees. The first phase is expected to be completed in 120 days. Kolektor manufactures commutators for the automotive industry, operating in China, South Korea, Mexico and ex-Yugoslavian states. Kolektor has been operating in this area for 15 years.
