Knight Frank appointed property manager of SQ Business Center in Wrocław

Knight Frank has been selected as the property manager of SQ Business Center in Wrocław. The property is being developed by Antczak Investments. The project is located at the junction of Stacyjna and Legnicka street and will offer 5,500 sqm of GLA. The 9-storey building will offer underground parking as well as a green patio. More than 60 percent of space has been pre-leased. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2019.
