Karuzela shopping center to be built in Budzistowo

Karuzela Kołobrzeg has been granted a building permit for its new shopping center in Budzistowo, northwestern Poland. The center will go up on a 10 ha plot and will offer 90 stores on 30,000 sqm. Tenants will include Lidl, Media Expert, Martes Sport, Deichmann, Świat Książki, CCC, Pepco, Smyk, Reserved, Cropp, House, Sinsay and Home & You. The scheme will also include a standalone Leroy Merlin store.The project is being developed jointly by Karuzela Holding and Mitiska REIM, while the design is by MTDI.
