The Kaprain group, which is owned by the Czech businessman Karel Pražák, has begun construction of a 30,000 sqm office project next to the O2 arena called the Kaprain Harfa Business Center. It's being erected on the site of what used to be a parking lot, according to the daily E15. The company's spokesman Ondřej Pechar says they are already in discussions with a number of potential tenants for the building. "Given its excellent transportation accessibility and the services of the entire area, we see the renting and filling of the building as very positive," he said. E15 writes that Syner group will be building the project, while Česká spořitelna is providing financing.
