JLL to lease SUDOP Invest's Prague 7 Argentinská office project

JLL's Office Agency has been awarded an exclusive mandate to lease Argentinská Office Building owned by SUDOP Invest in Prague 7. The 10,000 sqm office building is due for construction in the second quarter of 2019 and will offer over 6,000 sqm of offices on 7 floors. Only the second through fourth floors of the building will be offered to rent, as the upper floors will be occupied by designers from Metroprojekt. There will also be a total of 25 indoor and 7 outdoor parking spaces. The SUDOP Group, which is constructing Argentinská Office Building is the largest company in the infrastructure project market. "We are convinced of the great potential of the site and the building itself. Investor´s realization confirms the increasing attractiveness of Holešovice, which at the moment is a developing location with great potential," said Štěpán Šatoplet, Head of JLL Office Agency Department.
