Jamp increases its stake in Bosnalijek

The Slovak-based company Jamp increased its stake in Bosnalijek to 2.97 per cent, according to a list of the top 10 shareholders of Bosnia and Herzegovina's largest pharmaceutical company.

Until recently, Jamp held just 1.84 percent of Bosnalijek but the new increase makes it the fifth largest shareholder in the company. JAMP s.r.o. is in the machinery and equipment sector, but it is also active in horticulture. Its headquarters are in the town of Ilava.

Bosnalijek is a Bosnian pharmaceutical company headquartered in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina, present in more than 20 markets and having annual revenue of around €80 m.
