J&T has agreed to sell the Rustonka office center in Prague 8 to a South Korean consortium led by Hana Financial Group and Hana Alternative Asset Management. Hospodářské noviny writes that the news was broken by the newspaper Korean Economic Daily and that the consortium is due to pay J&T around CZK 4.2bn by April for the 37,000 sqm complex of buildings. The majority of the space has been leased by Amazon with other tenants include Amundi and Bank of Communications, a Chinese bank. J&T finished the first two buildings in the complex by 2018, while the third is currently nearing completion. HN reports that White Star Real Estate is also involved in the transaction.
