Industrijski Park Beograd is nearing completion on its fourth logistics center in the 5.1 Simanovci industrial zone near Belgrade. Construction broke ground in April, with delivery expected in January. The facility, valued at €6m, will offer 15,670 sqm, of which 14,000 sqm will be used for warehouse purposes, while the remaining space will be offices. The center is already fully leased. Established in 2006, IPB has invested more than €30m in 5.1 Simanovci. The company recently started developing its fifth logistics center and in March will start work on its sixth.
