INA bought Pavgord gas stations in several cities across Montenegro in a deal worth €10m. In addition to gas stations, Pavgord is also involved in oil exploration, oil processing and distribution activities. In 2014, the company acquired Vuk & Petroleum. INA had also been interested in purchasing that company, according to several news reports. INA is a Croatian multinational oil company. It was founded in Zagreb in 1964.
