Impact Developer & Contractor posts RON 25.5m profit in 2016

Impact Developer & Contractor posted a turnover of RON 152m in 2016 and a profit of RON 25.5m. This was the company’s best profit results since 2008. Impact Developer & Contractor sold 433 apartments in its Greenfield residential complex in northern Bucharest last year and signed 130 pre-contracts for units planned for the site.
