The International Monetary Fund downgraded its economic growth estimates for Bosnia in 2019 to 3.1 percent. Its previous prediction for the country from last October foresaw growth of 3.5 percent. For the 2020, the IMF expects to see 3.2 percent growth. Inflation should remain stable at 1.5 percent, rising only slightly at the end of the year to 1.6 percent. Bosnia's current account deficit, according to IMF, will be 6 percent, a slight improvement from 2018's 6.3 percent shortfall.
