ICI Homes hires Ferguson for west Florida division

Daytona Beach-based ICI Homes has hired Ron Ferguson as its new west Florida division manager. Ferguson will oversee the company’s communities in the Tampa region. He joins ICI Homes after 12 years with David Weekley Homes, where he served for five years as project manager in the Tampa/St. Petersburg. He has more than 18 years of construction management experience. “Ron has extensive knowledge and expertise of residential new home construction, and we are pleased he has joined the ICI Homes team,” said ICI Homes CEO Tom McCall. “We look forward to Ron guiding ICI Homes’ West Florida division through an exciting period of growth.”
