Hypoport signs 8,500 sqm at CA Immo's MY.B in Berlin

CA Immo has signed a lease for approx. 8,500 sqm in the MY.B office building in Berlin, where construction is due to completed in one year. The tenant is Hypoport AG. The deal means that the building is now 57 percent full. CA Immo is investing around €65 million into the building in Berlin's Europacity. The new tenant is expected to move in during the 4th quarter of 2019. BNP Real Estate (Berlin) accompanied the signing of the lease agreement in an advisory role.
