German company Huf Haus opened two showhouses in Romania at the Dumbrava Vlasiei residential development, near Balotesti, north of Bucharest. Huf House Art 5 offers about 295 sqm on two levels, while the Huf House Modum covers about 175 sqm on two levels. Both houses were produced at the company’s plant in Hartenfels, Germany. Dumbrava Vlasiei is going up on 90 ha in 5 phases. The first phase covers 20 ha and offers more than 50 plots, ranging between 500 sqm and 1,000 sqm.

“Both of the two houses we built in Romania are representative for what Huf Haus means and feels: living in tune with nature. This wouldn’t have been possible without a great partner and the concept offered by Dumbrava Vlasiei was in line with our vision, helping us enhance the experience of our houses,” said Georg Huf, managing director of Huf Haus.
