Hotel Makarska merging with Hotel Imperial

Hotel Makarska is merging with Hotel Imperial. The new company will be named Imperial Riviera. Its portfolio, which will have a capacity of 9,000 visitors, will include 3,618 accommodation units in six hotels, two camps and three resorts in Makarska and on Croatia’s Rab Island. Imperial Riviera will employ about 900 people during the high season. The merger is expected to be finalized in May.
