Hoshen returns to Romania with Reveria Pallady 43

Real Estate Company Holdings Hoshen is developing a new residential project in Bucharest on Boulevard Pallady 43C. Construction on the project is set to begin in early May and will be completed in 12 months. The first phase will include two housing blocks with 34 apartments each, ranging from studios to two- to three-room units. Prices will start at €45,000 plus VAT for studios to €66.700 plus VAT for three-room apartments.

Hoshen Holdings is controlled by Isaac Hoshen, co-founder of Adama. Hoshen is returning to the Romanian market after several years of focusing on the US, German and French markets. RealTime will oversee marketing and sales for the developer’s Romanian projects.
