Helios Phoenix planning new industrial project in Cluj

Helios Phoenix is set to start construction on its the fourth industrial project in Romania at the beginning of the second quarter of this year. The scheme will go up in phases in Cluj. The first phase will include 14,000 sqm. Once completed, the project will offer between 45,000 sqm and 60,000 sqm, according to Florin Popescu, head of asset management at the Greek developer. Helios Phoenix Group currently owns three logistics projects under its Olympian brand in Bucharest, Brasov and Timisoara.
