The property comes with a valid construction permit that allows for 88,000 sqm of space to be built. The Slovak-based developer acquired Elizabeth House from London & Regionaland Chelsfield. It's an office complex from the 1960's that's been set for reconstructionfor more than a decade. The new project involves the construction of two new buildings with 29 and 10 storeys offering a mix of offices and retail (70,000 sqm), and another 18,000 sqm of flats (142 units).
