Harbor Group sells $62m office building in Secaucus, NJ

Harbor Group International has sold 100 Plaza Drive in Secaucus, New Jersey for $62 million. The buyer, Howard Hershkovich, a private investor from Brooklyn, purchased the property as part of a 1031 exchange. 100 Plaza Drive is a 264,973 sqf, four-story office building that is 100 percent leased by leading global tenants including NBA Entertainment and Scholastic. The property is located just four miles from Manhattan in the mixed-use Harmon Meadow complex near the New Jersey Turnpike. Jeffrey Dunne, Kevin Welsh, and Brian Schulz of CBRE Institutional Properties represented the seller during the sale. CBRE's Jeffrey Dunne said the sale of 100 Plaza drive represented the seventh commercial transaction by major institutional investors in Harmon Meadow over the last three years, totaling more than $350 million.
