HIH Real Estate has completed the leasing at HanseForum in Hamburg with the signing of two deals totaling 1,600 sqm. BNP Paribas Real Estate Holding took the 600 sqm on a long-term lease while Microsoft Deutschland took the final unit in a deal facilitated by JLL. Warburg-HIH Invest acquired the HanseForum last August for two of its investment funds. “The successful lettings after such a short period of time highlight the benefits of networking within the HIH Group and simultaneously demonstrate the vertical integration of our real estate investment management,” said Ken Kuhnke, Head of Letting Management at HIH Real Estate.
