The Israeli developer Hagag Development mainly targets the luxury residential market, with two projects in Bucharest: H Victoriei 139 and H Eliade 9, but also has a middle-upper project of 1,300 units in Pipera. Andreea Hamza, Head of Sales& Marketing at Hagag Development Europe, told CEDER 2019 that 50% of H Victoriei 139 has been sold, only one month after construction started. The same goes for the Eliade project, which is still in the planning phase and is already 30% sold. "Demand will remain high for high-end projects, as long as you secure the location and you have a good mix between construction quality, concept, design, finishing and facilities," Hamza explained.

She added the company has been very active during the first half of this year and there is also strong demand for the project in Pipera. The group has opened an office in Israel to start selling there. Andreea Hamza said they noticed "big interest for properties in Bucharest".
