H&M opening at Tomis Mall in Constanta

H&M signed a lease on 1,900 sqm at Tomis Mall in Constanta. The deal was brokered by DTZ Echinox. This is the Swedish fashion retailer’s third store in Constanta and its 52nd in Romania. It entered the local market five years ago.
Tomis Mall is the city’s first shopping center. The scheme offers approximately 38,000 sqm of space. The tenant mix includes Mega Image, Sephora, McDonald’s, Jatomi Fitness and also a Cityplex cinema.
