H.I.G. brings Jeff Wiseman on board to lead debt department

Miami-based H.I.G. Capital has hired Jeff Wiseman to the firm’s real estate investment affiliate, H.I.G. Realty Partners. Along with being named managing director, Wiseman will also serve as Head of U.S. Real Estate Debt from the firm's New York office. Wiseman has over 20 years of experience in originating, structuring and investing in real estate debt. He holds an M.B.A. from The Stern School of Business at New York University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. Tony Tamer, co-founder and Managing Partner at H.I.G., said "Jeff brings a wealth of real estate knowledge, structuring and experience to H.I.G.
