Gramercy Europe has acquired a logistics center Dunajská Streda, Slovakia that was owned by ECE European City Estates and GO ASSET. The 50,000 sqm facility was built in 2018 and is leased on a long-term basis of KiK, which is a subsidiary of Tengelmann Group. For Gramercy, which completed the deal through its Gramcery Property Europe III investment fund, it's the first acquisition in Slovakia. The transaction was executed by CBRE. "This business transaction was completed very quickly thanks to our active and flexible approach and professionality of GO ASSET development company," said Dejan Mansfeld-Rupnik, Board Member of ECE.
