Godewind buys Pentahof offices at Hamburg Airport for €60.6m

Godewind Immobilien signed a contract to buy the Pentahof office complex at the Hamburg Airport for €60.6m. The property, which has an annual net rental income of €2.95m, offers approximately 24,747 sqm of leasable space and parking for more than 350 vehicles. The anchor tenant is is a global petroleum company. Godewind will initial finance the transaction with internal funds raised during an IPO in April.The deal is scheduled to close by the end of the year, boosting the value of Godewind’s property portfolio to more than €330m.
