Globalworth secures €30m in refinancing from BCR

Globalworth Real Estate Investments, controlled by the Greek businessman Ioannis Papalekas, secured a €30m loan from Banca Comerciala Romana (BCR) to refinance Tower Center International in Bucharest. Globalworth announced in September that it intended to secure a long-term refinancing agreement for the office building. Tower Center International is valued at €76.7m. Tenants include Deutsche Bank, Cegeka, Ministry of European Funds and Ernst & Young.
