Geosan begins construction of Rezidence Neklanka

Geosan Development has completed the handover of its Prague 9 residential project Element Letňany and sold off all its 107 units. At the same time, the company has gotten underway with construction of its new project, Rezidence Neklanka in Radlice where it has just 11 units left to sell. With the future in mind, Geosan managed to add to its land bank with the acquisition of a construction parcel in the municipality of Choťanky in Central Bohemia where it will be selling plots for family houmes. Roughly 80 percent of the 27 plots being offered in the first phase have been sold. The company intends to begin sales on at least two further Prague residential projects, including one in Břevnov for 91 flats.
