GEG acquires Garden Tower in Frankfurt for €275m

GEG German Estate Group has acquired Garden Tower in Frankfurt for approximately €275m. The property, located at Neue Mainzer Strasse 46-50, was purchased from a fund managed by Tristan Capital Partners, Curzon Capital Partners IV. The property offers 27,000 sqm of rentable office space. The main tenats of the property, currently almost fully let, include Société Générale, AIG Europe and Tribes. Ulrich Höller, CEO of GEG, said the deal "complements our investment strategy for high-rise buildings with superb location in Frankfurt am Main. This investment clearly demonstrates that we are convinced about the potential of micro-location development in the center of Frankfurt’s.“
