Frankel Properties acquires Nottingham Commons in MD

Nottingham Commons, a 131,270 sqf retail outlet in the Washington-Baltimore metro area of Nottingham, Maryland has been sold. Frankel Properties purchased the newly built (2016), 100 percent leased shopping center for an undisclosed amount. The center is anchored by MOM’s Organic Market, T.J.Maxx, DSW, Petco, and Five Below. Within a three-mile radius of the center are more than 80,000 residents earning an average annual household income of nearly $94,000. Holliday, Fenoglio Fowler marketed the property on behalf of the seller, Weingarten Realty Investors.
