First phase of Portonovi Resort to open in June

Azmont Investments is preparing to open the first phase of its massive Portonovi Resort along Montenegro’s Bay of Kotor in June. The project will include 214 luxury accomodations spread out over 26 ha, including 1.8 km of beachfront. The scheme will also feature a hotel and a marina. Azmont broke ground on Portonovi six years ago with an initial investment target of €600m, but according to the resort’s general manager, Stevan Milic, costs are expected to reach €700m.
