First 44 resi units at Loft Green Apartments nearing completion

EcoVillas has completed 90 percent of the first 44 apartments and commercial spaces at its eco-friendly mixed-use project near Bucharest. Loft Green Apartments will include 154 one-, two- and three-room units in three housing blocks. Apartments will be installed with heating and cooling systems with geothermal pumps. They will also be powered by renewable energy, designed to have zero impact on the environment. Ecovillas is investing €10m in the project.
