Exportdrvo Projekti invests €10.5m in Zagreb hotel

A new four-star hotel will open this November in central Zagreb. The developer, Exportdrvo Projekti, has invested €10.5m in the 17,500 sqm new hotel, located on Tkalciceva street.
Hotel Academia will feature 55 rooms and an underground two-story garage. The property will be staffed by 50 employees.
