Explora Business Park sold to Golden Star Group

Avestus Capital Partners has completed the sale of its Explora Business Centre project in Prague to Golden Star Group, an international real estate group specializing in commercial and leisure real estate properties. The LEED-certified building was built in Prague 5 next to the Nové Butovice metro station. It's fully-leased to tenants such as Citibank, NniT, GE International, Porsche and DHL. "We have intentions to invest further in Prague as we find the city suitable for our investments strategy and criteria," said Gal Peleg, the CEO of Golden Star Group. Explora offers 22,800 sqm of leasable area across 8 floors along with 327 underground parking spaces.
