Expansion of Ülemiste mall would make it Baltics' largest

Linstow Center Management will be expanding its Ülemiste shopping center in Tallinn. The newly expanded shopping center, which is set to open in June 2019, will contain over 125,000 sqm of shopping and entertainment space, making it the largest shopping center in the Baltics. Guido Pärnits, CEO of the Ülemiste Center says the focus of the 13,000 sqm expansion is to provide additional entertainment. "People are primarily drawn to shopping centers because of the good variety of stores, but the goal of the expansion is to offer quality entertainment in addition to shopping. I am pleased to announce that newcomers to the expanded Ülemiste Center will include well-known brands like O'Learys sports bar and Vapiano restaurant."
