ERGO Ubezpieczenia Podróży leases 550 sqm at Alchemia complex

ERGO Ubezpieczenia Podróży has leased 550 sqm of office space at the Neon building in Gdańsk Oliwa. The Polish branch of ERGO Reiseversicherung AG was represented by Cresa during the lease process. The investment is located on Grunwaldzka street and is the fourth and final phase of the Alchemia office complex. The property offers 35,000 sqm of leasable space, including 33,500 sqm of office. Neon has already been 90 percent leased. The building will provide several ground-level amenities, including a kindergarten for up to 100 children. A passageway between Neon and Argon, the neighboring building in Alchemia, will soon offer multiple catering facilities and other services.
