Elastron leases 3,000 sqm at Panattoni’s S5 Wrocław North Gate industrial park

Elastron has leased 3,000 sqm at Panattoni’s S5 Wrocław North Gate industrial park. The European distributor of natural leather was advised by JLL during the lease process. The Wrocław market is Poland’s fourth largest location for industrial space with almost 2.5 million sqm. “Our extensive product range requires effective and efficient logistic operations. What is very important for us is to lease space in modern and perfectly located industrial investments,” said José Carlos Oliveira, CEO of Elastron. “These requirements are met by the S5 Wrocław North Gate project, which has excellent connections with Wrocław, and as a result, will be within easy reach for employees working in our warehouse.”
