A new project called Zlatna Obala is to be built on the Croatian island of Pag. Construction work is expected to begin in the coming months on the new housing estate which is intended to house up to 10,000 people. The value of the investment will be between €500m and €700m. It's being envisioned as a miniature town of luxury with a residential area offering apartments, villas and slips for yachts as well as restaurants and a hotel. The businessman funding the project is Edo Marzic.
