Dogus Group to invest €100m in Hyatt hotel in Zadar

Dogus Group is investing €100m to develop the first Hyatt hotel in Croatia. Scheduled to open in spring 2019, Hyatt Regency Zadar Maraska will offer 130 rooms and apartments. The scheme will also feature a spa and wellness center, a conference hall, restaurants and bars, shops and a boating club. There will also be a residential component with 115 flats, which will be sold. Dogus Group owns several hotels and resorts in Croatia and has been present on the market since 2007.
