DHL Express opens logistics center in Sofia

DHL Express opened new logistics center next to Sofia Airport’s Terminal 2. The 10,000 sqm facility is equipped with the latest streaming lines, barcode readers, automatic weight and size checking systems and an automatic sorting system with a capacity 3,000 shipments per hour. More than 300 people are employed at the site. DHL has made significant investments in Bulgaria, recently renovating its offices in Veliko Tarnovo, Plovdiv, Burgas and Montana.
